The Village at Anderson Mill is an extension of the Anderson Mill neighborhood, and residents are allowed to utilize the recreation facilities of the Anderson Mill Limited District (AMLD). AMLD offers playgrounds, two community swimming pools with children’s center, volleyball court, tennis courts, racquetball courts, a shaded fitness circuit, and a hike and bike trail.

Aquatics & Fitness

The AMLD offers two full sized swimming pools with diving wells, children’s pools, a water park, and full locker rooms. Both of the pools are heated year round to 82 degrees. The El Salido Pool Complex is located next to an outdoor fitness circuit and jogging trail and also has a fitness center with cardio equipment and classes such as Zumba and Yoga. The Anderson Mill Pool is located alongside Lake Creek Parkway.

Parks

Next to the El Salido Pool Complex and tennis courts is a tree covered park with a jogging and bike trail dotted by fitness equipment. Located three miles away, the Springwoods Park also includes tennis courts, as well as a baseball field and playground equipment for children. Close proximity to Highway 183 provides quick and easy access to shopping centers like Gateway and the Arboretum, while the adjacent location to RR 620 offers short travel time to Lakeline Mall, Four Points Center, and shopping centers in Round Rock and Cedar Park.

Four Points Centre is home to a growing selection of retailers that include restaurants, banks, boutiques, and department stores. Large stores include Home Depot, Target, and Wal-Mart, and smaller occupants include a Bank of America, Chase Bank, Wells Fargo, Bellagio’s Italian Bistro, El Salido restaurant, and Johnny Carino’s.

Lakeline Mall , found on the border of Cedar Park and Austin, is anchored by Dillard’s, JCPenney, Macy’s and Sears. The mall offers shoppers over than 150 boutique stores and a 9-screen Regal Theatre. Lakeline Plaza and Lakeline Village are adjacent to Lakeline Mall and offer an additional 10 anchor stores, including Best Buy, Old Navy and TJMaxx, plus over 20 smaller stores. Surrounding restaurants include Chili’s, Applebee’s, Texican Café, and Plucker’s.

The Arboretum at Great Hills is located just off Highway 183 and features a park-like open air mall that is home to more than 40 shops and restaurants. The Arboretum features retailers like Pottery Barn, Barnes & Noble Booksellers, Z Gallerie, The Gap, and AZIZ Salon and Day Spa. Shoppers can stroll the outdoor mall and stop to eat at restaurants like the Cheesecake Factory, Five Guy’s Burgers, and the Blue Baker.
