Brian Talley is the founder and Managing Broker of Regent Property Group. A fifth-generation Texan with deep roots in Central Texas, Brian began his real estate career in 1998, developing extensive expertise across commercial leasing, corporate asset management, and luxury residential sales.

The Founding & History of Regent Property Group
While serving as Vice President of Global Real Estate and Facilities at a Fortune 100 company, founder Brian Talley noticed a distinct gap in the residential market: a lack of corporate-trained real estate executives serving individual home buyers and sellers.
Recognizing that combining corporate negotiation principles, advanced database technology, and personal care could fill that need, Brian founded Regent Property Group in 2007 at the start of the national economic recession. While many traditional brokerages struggled, Regent’s lean, technology-driven model flourished.
In 2014, Regent re-launched searchaustinhomes.com as a premier Austin home search portal, uniting hyper-local neighborhood guides with interactive MLS mapping. Today, Regent Property Group remains a thriving, independent West Austin brokerage known for ethical standards, technological innovation, and client satisfaction.
