West Lake Hills Median Home Price over $1 Million

The Austin Board of Realtors® September 2016 housing data as released by Clarus MarketMetrics® on the Real Estate Center at Texas A&M University website shows that the median home price in West Lake Hills topped $1 million in September 2016, reaching a median price of $1,120,000.

This is an increase in median price of 2.5 percent compared to September of 2015. However, the data sample is limited as only three homes sold (through the Multiple Listing Service) in the city of West Lake Hills in September 2016, a 50 percent decrease compared to September of 2015.
