Brian and Lionel at Regent Property Group LLC were superb from start to finish in the home buying process. We were coming from Italy and unable to do much research or coordination in person, but that didn’t reduce the quality of their service. The MLS portal they set up was very informative and helped us narrow down our choices. Once we flew in to look at houses they were efficient and patient in explaining the market and pros and cons of each property. We even switched our buying criteria in terms of price and location in the middle of the process, causing them to build from scratch a new list of homes for viewing. They did this with professionalism and equanimity. Further, after closing and while we were still in Italy, they arranged with contractors for work to be done on the house, supervised and inspected the quality of the work, and even did the final walk through for us.
