New Luxury Lake Travis Community

published on December 14, 2023

A new luxury master-planned community will be coming to Lake Travis. Travis Club Austin will begin construction on its first phase in the beginning of 2024. The first construction phase will include homes, as well as a golf course that is expected to open by the end of 2025.

The luxury home community will have almost 500 homes when completed and will feature resort-style amenities on a 1,500-acre property. The community will offer single family homes and villas. The first release of homesites includes lots up to three acres that start at $775,000. Lots will range from half an acre to three acres and go up to the $3 millions.

“This isn’t your average piece of land. The way the earth tilted, heaved and sculpted its way into creating the Texas Hill Country makes it exceptional in so many ways,” says the Travis Club Austin website. “When you have that kind of palette to work with, the last thing you do is bring a cookie-cutter master plan into the picture. Instead, you tap into talent, experience, and imagination to create a place that will be nothing short of magical.”

When completed, Travis Club Austin will offer a club campus with indoor and outdoor dining, a fitness and wellness center with a pool, a lakefront social club, a family pool and family activity campus, and an 18-hole golf course. This will be set on a property with 10,000 feet of Lake Travis frontage and over 65 miles of water, which will include a private marina and 30 miles of hiking and biking trails. The main building amenities will be on a peninsula that extends into Lake Travis for water views.

Travis Club Austin will be zoned for Lake Travis Independent School District. It is approximately 15 miles from Austin, 45 minutes from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, and close to the city of Bee Cave for amenities.
