Steiner Ranch

Steiner Ranch is a master-planned community of several thousand homes located on 4,600 acres between Lake Austin and Lake Travis. River Place

River Place is a large master-planned community of around 1,200 homes. Located in northwest Austin, the community is set on over 1,400 acres that showcase nearby lake topography. River Place offers waterfront access in some areas as well as locations that adjoin Balcones Canyon Land Preserve.
