The private residential and golf course community known as Spanish Oaks includes 900+ acres of gated, master-planned, upscale hill country living, complete with limestone canyons, spring-fed creeks, and stunning views. Nestled alongside the 15,000 pristine acres of Barton Creek Preserve, residents enjoy acreage-sized lots and luxury homes, as well as exclusive access to Spanish Oaks Golf Club with dining, a golf shop, a spa, and workout facilities. Residents also have private access to an 18,000-square-foot Pool Pavilion, which features cascading pools, a sandy beach, and lap swimming.

Lake Pointe is a large neighborhood that spans from Bee Caves Road to Lake Austin. The neighborhood is centered on the 18-hole Falconhead Golf Course and Club, which features hills, creeks, and waterfalls. Homes in Falconhead can offer hill country and golf course views and were built by Drees Custom Homes, Ryland Homes, Meritage Homes, Taylor Morrison Homes, Village Builders, Monterrey Homes, Ash Creek Homes, and custom builders. Falconhead also has parks, playscapes, and trails.
Flintrock Falls is a gated, upscale golf course community that features the Hill Country Club, with 72 holes total of golf, as well as country club memberships, a swimming pool, and a workout facility. Homes in Flintrock Falls are luxury homes and often have hill country or golf course views.
