Belterra

On over 1,600 acres west of Austin, Belterra is a master-planned community of approximately 2,000 homes. Lots can be oversized to large, with homes built by Highland Homes, Sitterle Homes, Wilshire Homes, David Weekley Homes, and Treaty Oak Homes. Belterra has a resort-style pool and lap pool, as well as a recreation center with a gym and basketball court. The neighborhood also has numerous parks throughout the community with playscapes, picnic areas, and hiking trails. Belterra is home to its own DSISD elementary school.

Highpointe

Highpointe is a 740-acre gated master-planned community of approximately 1,000 homes in the Texas Hill Country. Builders include Highland Homes, Ashton Woods, and Perry Homes, and homes are upscale. Its Resident Club features an amenity center, a two-story gym, three pools, sport courts and fields, and a playscape. The neighborhood also has miles of hike and bike trails.

Caliterra

Caliterra is a master-planned community situated around Onion Creek and featuring 250 acres of open space. Homes are available in a wide range of prices, and builders include Brookfield Residential, Drees Custom Homes, Scott Felder Homes, Sterling Custom Homes, Arbogast Custom Homes, Lake Travis Builders, Sommerfield Construction Inc., and Alkire Construction. The neighborhood offers the Commons at Caliterra for community gatherings, as well as a large pool complex, trails, Treehouse Park, picnic areas, camping sites, and a fishing pier.

Headwaters

Headwaters is a master-planned community of over 1,000 acres in the Texas Hill Country. Its upscale homes include builders such as David Weekley Homes, Dream Finders Homes, Drees Custom Homes, and Taylor Morrison Homes. The community offers a central complex with a fitness center, an event pavilion, and play fields. Headwaters also features a large pool complex, eight miles of trails, and a coffee shop. Its Homestead Park includes a stargazing amphitheatre and a croquet lawn.

Parten

Parten is a master-planned community of 525 acres in the Texas Hill Country between Austin and Dripping Springs. The community will feature pools, indoor and outdoor pavilions, trails, and additional amenities once complete. Homes are upscale and built on oversize to acreage lots. The builder is Village Builders (Lennar).
