Brian Talley took care of us during our house buying process from the time we initiated the search while in China to the closing of our house in Austin even when the seller’s realtor dropped the ball on their end.

We started our house buying process when we were living in China. Being on the other side of the world was tricky, but Brian made it easy. He was prompt in answering questions and helped us to narrow down our list of potential houses. When we arrived in Austin, we had a goal of finding a house and closing on it within 30 days. Brian set aside time for us to view 20+ houses within 2 days until we found the house that we wanted to purchase. He was always available to to answer questions and he was good about reminding us of things we had to do in order for us to close. During the closing was when we needed Brian the most and he came through. The seller’s agent dropped the ball in many areas that day, but Brian was able to do what was necessary utilizing his contacts so that we could close on the house. In the end, we were able to get our keys right as the movers arrived. Goal accomplished.
