We connected with Brian in December of 2008 when we first considered relocating to the Austin area from Massachusetts. While searching the internet for homes we found the Regent Property Group website and registered to view properties. Brian Talley quickly followed-up and began helping us by first getting our search setup directly in the MLS rather than our continuing to use the helpful but less robust public websites. At this stage we were only beginning to look at homes and didn’t know for sure whether we would make the move.

Over the course of the next year, 353 days to be exact, Brian showed us a handful of homes at a time when we visited over weekends. He always found a way to make himself available to show us homes when we visited Austin on numerous occasions over the course of our year long search. Brian provided us useful information about homes of interest, offered his market knowledge when appropriate, and most importantly, he never made us feel pressured about buying a home. He did an excellent job with the negotiation and closing process and we were able to purchase the home on time without a hitch!
