Catch Austin’s 10th Annual Downtown Living Tour: Sunday, June 1

Considering a condo or home in downtown Austin, Texas? Get ready! Sunday, June 1 is Austin’s 10^th annual Downtown Living Tour. You don’t want to miss this! Attendees will be chauffeured on air-conditioned shuttles to 10 stunning downtown ATX living spaces. Along the way, they will enjoy live music, specials, and giveaways (such as a pair of diamond earrings from Kruger’s Jewelers and a DJI Phantom Quadcopter drone) from local retailers, restaurants, and coffee shops.

“The Downtown Living Tour is your once-a-year, no-obligation opportunity to window shop ATX’s unique assortment of downtown residential options,” said Regent Property Group’s Brian Talley. “It is a great way to experience Central Austin in a day.”

Presented by the Downtown Austin Neighborhood Association (DANA), the tour runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on June 1 and features stunning high-rises like The Shore Condos, 360 Condominiums, and The Villas.

“One of the featured units is a unique 6-bedroom, 4-bath, 3,800-square-feet, million dollar condo,” reported Talley.

Air-conditioned shuttles will take attendees from one stop to the next, with champagne, cocktails, and various hors d’oeuvres available throughout—all while supporting two great causes. (A portion of the proceeds goes to The Shoal Creek Conservancy and Pease Elementary).

Tickets for the Downtown Living Tour cost $18.50 in advance and $25 the day of the event. Registration will be open day-of from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at CRAVE Austin (340 E. 2nd St, 78701), where attendees can pick up their wristband any time before 2 p.m.
