Imagine seven Spicewood hilltops offering stunning views of the Pedernales River and, nestled in the valleys between, pristine Texas Hill Country preserve. Add access to Briarcliff Marina, a winery, two country clubs, and a 35-minute commute to Austin. Sound like seventh heaven?
The Home Builders Association of Greater Austin has chosen Willie Nelson’s Tierra Vista as the site of the 59th Annual 2014 Parade of Homes™ this April, and the participating builders will be Jenkins Custom Homes, Lake Travis Builders, Silverton Custom Homes, and VII Custom.
Tierra Vista stands 11 miles west of Lakeway off Pace Bend Road within the Lake Travis Independent School District. It is zoned for Bee Cave Elementary, Lake Travis Middle School, and Lake Travis High School.
Phase one of its development includes 41 estate-sized lots on a 63-acre hilltop. Each will offer buried utilities, a size ranging from 1 acre to 2.6 acres, and neighborhood home value protection: covenants require that each Tierra Vista home offer a minimum of 3,000 sq.ft., 75% masonry exteriors; and tile or metal roofing.
The 59th Annual Parade of Homes™ will take place Saturday, April 26 through Sunday, May 11, 2014 with a Preview Party on Thursday, April 24. Mark your calendars. Don’t miss the chance to witness Texas music legend Willie Nelson’s piece of paradise!
The host of the parade, not-for-profit Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greater Austin, has represented residential construction and remodeling in Central Texas since 1953. Each year, HBA organizes the Parade of Homes™ to showcase the newest trends in building design, construction, interior décor, and landscaping.
