2014 Greater Austin Parade of Homes to Feature Willie Nelson’s Tierra Vista

The Home Builders Association of Greater Austin has chosen Willie Nelson’s Tierra Vista as the site of the 59^th Annual 2014 Parade of Homes™ this April, and the participating builders will be Jenkins Custom Homes, Lake Travis Builders, Silverton Custom Homes, and VII Custom.

Tierra Vista stands 11 miles west of Lakeway off Pace Bend Road within the Lake Travis Independent School District. It is zoned for Bee Cave Elementary, Lake Travis Middle School, and Lake Travis High School.

Phase one of its development includes 41 estate-sized lots on a 63-acre hilltop. Each will offer buried utilities, a size ranging from 1 acre to 2.6 acres, and neighborhood home value protection: covenants require that each Tierra Vista home offer a minimum of 3,000 sq.ft., 75% masonry exteriors; and tile or metal roofing.
