"This is the second house Page has sold for me, both times on the first day of listing. I can’t imagine using any other realtor. But, specifically: *She responds to all queries fully and quickly, *As liaison between me and the buyer she is accurate and fast *Her suggestions for property prep are on target *She remains warm and precessional even when I am freaking out *She presents options fully and clearly *She’s just basically a fine human being"
"Page is a pleasure to work with. She is pleasant and positive and, just as important, competent at selling. She took the time to get to know our house (and us) and develop a positive sales approach. She committed to the effort and lots of open houses and follow-up. As you know, the effort was a success and the house sold without the need for lowering the price, which is a go-to strategy for many in the real estate business. We have nothing but positive things to say about Page and will certainly recommend her to others."
"Page is great. There were some special roadblocks to the sale of my house and she endured my tears and tantrums with calm and warm reassurance. And, most importantly, she got it done, and quickly. I have recommended her to friends already."
"Page was phenomenal through the entire process. "
