About Monica

Monica has been a licensed Realtor® in the Austin area since 2009. Prior to real estate, she was the owner of a home furnishings boutique and also worked as an interior designer for large hotel corporations. Her go-getter entrepreneurial spirit and design background of helping people through a process enables her to really understand the needs of her clients.

Monica graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in interior design. She also has a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) designation, Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation, and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation.

When not working on real estate, Monica loves spending time with her family, walking around Lady Bird Lake, and enjoying the many activities and festivals around Austin.
