Champion Park is the second in a series of well-maintained parks along the Brushy Creek Regional Trail that follows its namesake from Parmer Lane to Great Oaks Drive. The Avery Ranch Shopping Center is also nearby, with several sit-down restaurants like Z’Tejas, Waterloo Icehouse, and Brooklyn Heights Pizzeria.

The Round Rock Premium Outlets offer over 125 outlet stores like Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, Brooks Brothers, Burberry, Coach, J.Crew, Nike, and Tommy Hilfiger. Nearby restaurants include a Mimi’s Café, and a large Ikea is one exit north of the outlets.
