Regent Agents Named 2013 Austin Platinum Top 50 Semi-finalists

Regent Property Group Founder Brian Talley and Regent Property Group agent Kay Lawley have been named semi-finalists in the 2013 Platinum Top 50 Awards Program in Austin. The program honors residential REALTORS® for outstanding achievements in sales, education, industry participation, and civic leadership.

Winners exemplify initiative, involvement, success, and philanthropy and are successful professionals and community leaders. Known to honor those REALTORS® who are both successful and well-rounded, the program uses a point system with four qualifiers:

• Sales Production – 25%
• Closed Sides – 25%
• Education and Industry Involvement – 25% (including designation/certification, membership, committee involvement, and officer/chairman position)
• Community Involvement – 25% (including financial contribution, membership, committee involvement, and officer/chairman position)

Both Talley and Lawley closed multi-million dollars of sales for the awards participation timeframe, and both are engaged actively in their own communities: Southwest Austin for Talley and Tarrytown for Lawley.
