"When we decided to make the move from the Bay Area in California to Austin, our close friends recommended Brian to us. With all the challenges of buying a house from afar we knew it would be tough, but Brian was a great partner in the process. The result was we found an incredible house and secured the competitive deal in the tight window of time that we had to buy. Brian and his staff were very helpful navigating a first time home buyer with very particular tastes. One area to highlight where Brian really excelled was getting the deal done. It is one thing to find the right house, but it is another to get your offer accepted and close. As Murphy’s Law dictates, the perfect house came up while Brian was away on a family vacation to Costa Rica. Despite him caravanning through the jungle, he was very committed and responsive to making sure we won a highly competitive deal that had multiple strong offers. He was very direct and straightforward about what we’d likely have to do to win the deal without ever pressuring us to take more risk than we were comfortable with. Had we not listened to one piece of advice we very likely would have lost the deal and with his guidance the closing process all worked out without any major issues. Bottom-line, Brian knows the market, he's committed to his clients, and he’s well networked to find you want you want. In a pinch, he’ll be there for you when you need him most."
"The thought of buying a home in Austin was a huge undertaking for me because I live in California. After spending two years flying back and forth to visit grandchildren, I realized it was time to get serious about investing in my own home in the area. My son and daughter-in-law introduced me to real estate agent Brian Talley. From our first meeting, Brian listened to my concerns and quickly helped me narrow my search to find the best property to suit my needs. His total understanding of what I was looking for plus his vast knowledge of the Austin real estate market made all the difference in my experience. Thanks to Brian, I found the perfect home for me located very close to my family. I highly recommend Brian and I am looking forward to working with him again for any future real estate purchases in the Austin area. A very happy client. "
"Our experience with Brian Talley of Regents Property Group on the recent sale of our home was the definition of “full service” & effectiveness. He provided guidance on house prep & staging, leveraged technology & social media extensively, held conference calls to go through all the details & pros/cons of our 4 offers (all at list price or higher!!), provided solid references for repair work, led us through the offer to closing process, & all the while kept an appropriate level of communication with us on every step. We highly recommend Brian! "
"I just closed my second transaction in 16 months with Brian. I enjoyed working with him initially on the opposite side of the transaction. I knew I wanted to hire him to represent me the second time around. I have now used him as both buyer and sellers representative. His attention to detail and ability to always keep the deal moving forward is second to none. Brian has excellent market knowledge and will advise you as if he was the buyer or seller. Brian will always be on my short list of real estate professionals going forward."
"We were so lucky to have Brian as our agent. Being new to Austin, I needed someone who has in-depth knowledge of neighborhoods (Tarrytown and West Lake in my case), years of experience, professionalism and a kind heart. In the beginning of the process, he patiently educated us to different neighborhoods and homes, by showing multiple homes over many days. After we chose a home, he became a tough negotiator on our behalf. He is also very well- connected with the local real estate community. Let Brian take care of you, you won't regret it!"
"Brian is a truly talented realtor. When you start the process of buying a house you have no idea how many detail there are to keep track of. Brian understands the process inside and out and has a bunch of videos to watch so you can self-educate throughout the process. When it came to negotiating and making decisions, Brian is very helpful at making quick, rational decisions on the spot. It just makes the process so much easier to take a lot of the emotion out of it and get through to the other side. All in all, we feel that we sold out house for a fair price and bought our house at a fair price. It was a little tricky since we bought our house first and then sold but it all worked out and Brian is a pro who has done it all before. "
"When buying a house in an area you've never been to and know nothing about, it's crucial to have a reliable, dependable Realtor to help you navigate the buying process. Brian was extremely responsive; he was diligent with follow-through and was our trusted agent here in Austin while we were negotiating our home sale from Boston. I honestly don't know how we would have managed to get everything done without Brian's help. Brian took the time to get to know us and our needs, guided us to a nice variety of homes, honestly pointed out the pros and cons of each and then helped us negotiate the deal in a very competitive market. As experienced home buyers, we can honestly recommend Brian Talley and Regent Property Group for anyone relocating to the Austin area."
"I’ve worked with many realtors over the years and Brian Talley was hands down the best. He’s hard working, diligent and detail-oriented. Most impressive was how far reaching and comprehensive his marketing strategies were. Brian is a talented negotiator and extremely thorough when reviewing contract deals. A true professional, there’s a good reason Brian is so successful."
"Brian Talley helped us find an ideal home in the Zilker area. We were looking for a small space for our son that we could later convert to a rental when he moves on. We had looked for quite a while with no success until Brian tapped his network of contacts and a property popped up before it was on the market. We loved its Austin vibe and put it under contract that day. This is the third property Brian has assisted us with since we moved here 9 years ago. He's very knowledgeable on all areas of the city as well as school districts, views and anything else you could be searching for. He handled just about every aspect of our first purchase because I was out of town with my business and my family had not yet moved. Very much the full service friend to this day."
"Wow, what a journey home buying can be. Fortunately, we had Brian graciously and attentively guide us throughout the way. There was never a moment where he neglected our questions or concerns, giving us a professional yet personable perspective we truly valued being newcomers to Austin. We ended up buying a home that we adore and that fits our current and future needs perfectly. He was diligent during the search, purchasing and closing and never failed to stand by us when we needed him. We're so grateful Brian was our Realtor, and wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend him!"
"My husband and I just relocated from Brooklyn to Austin and we had the pleasure of working with Brian. After a long search for Realtors around the area, we knew he was the guy for the job after a conversation or two over the phone. Brian was extremely hard working, knowledgeable and personable throughout the entire process. We came to Austin and spent 4 long days looking at homes and did not have to return until the closing. Brian made us feel comfortable purchasing a home from a long distance and guided us through the process. He was available anytime of the day (even on vacation), provided great local recommendations for services we needed to purchase our home, and was able to handle any problem that was thrown at him from either side of the deal."
