Brian Bailey has been active in the real estate industry since 2002 having entered residential real estate as an agent representing Keller-Williams Realty, the 3rd largest residential real estate company in the U.S. In 2009, Brian was an agent with Goldwasser Real Estate, a top-selling residential real estate team in Austin. In January 2010, Brian & his agent-wife Wendi joined Regent Property Group LLC to better position themselves to achieve the highest level of customer service and satisfaction when helping their loyal clients buy or sell Austin homes.
During 2009 Brian completed certified negotiation training to become a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE™) and was among the top buyer agents at Goldwasser Real Estate. “Five minutes after we got a positive pregnancy test, my husband was on the phone with Brian. We had already been thinking of moving to a bigger house. But now with news of our third baby on the way, we needed to jump on things sooner than planned. Brian came over that same night to consult with us about staging and getting our house market ready.
